2. What we process and why
Contact form and direct communication
When you submit an enquiry, we process the contact detail you provide (email or telephone), the selected service, your message, the form language, and a technical reCAPTCHA token. We use this information to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The legal basis is your consent; where your request concerns entering into a contract, the basis also includes taking steps at your request before entering into that contract.
Security and technical operation
The server and protective services may process your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device type, and related technical data. This is necessary to deliver the site securely, diagnose errors, and prevent misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable operation.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, we may activate Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager. The service may process online identifiers, an approximate location derived from your IP address, device information, traffic source, and interactions with the site. The legal basis is solely your consent. Without consent, this website does not load the Tag Manager container or Google Analytics.

Your browser may limit the lifetime of analytics cookies. You may change your choice at any time; withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
4. Recipients and international transfers
Our hosting, email, and IT providers may process data to the extent necessary to deliver their services. The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA. After analytics consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, may be used. Google services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area under applicable legal safeguards.

5. Retention
We keep enquiries while they are being handled and afterwards only as long as needed for follow-up communication, the protection of legal claims, or compliance with legal duties where applicable. Technical logs are kept only for a period proportionate to their security and diagnostic purpose. Analytics data retention is determined by the relevant GA4 property settings; the standard analytics cookie lifetimes are shown above.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, and portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Send requests to it@enoughx.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
We do not use this website for decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
7. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the services used by the website or our processing practices change. The current version and its last-updated date are always published on this page.
